1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nuster website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 3. Registration & Account Verification

One account per person. Each player may hold only one active Nuster account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when triggered by our compliance systems. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID (Passport, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, UMID), and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days once KYC verification is complete. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays in the Philippines may experience slight delays. Nuster reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing withdrawal funds, especially for large amounts.

All funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes. Deposits made solely to exploit payment system mechanics or bonuses without genuine gameplay intent may be reversed and the account suspended.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

Nuster offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP-exclusive incentives. Each bonus comes with its own set of terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods — always read the individual promotion page before opting in.

General bonus rules that apply across all Nuster Terms and Conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or structured wagering to circumvent rollover requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Where a bonus has an expiry date, any unreleased bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited after that date.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player per household or device.

6. Gameplay Rules

• Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Chargebacks — if a chargeback is initiated with your bank or payment provider without legitimate cause, your account will be suspended pending investigation

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Nuster cooperates fully with Philippine gaming regulators and financial intelligence authorities.
